Terms of Sale

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

    Return Conditions:

    • Items must be returned in exactly the same condition as originally sold.

    • Certified (PCGS, NGC, etc.) coins may not be returned if removed from their holders.

    • Raw coins must not be cleaned, altered, or tampered with in any way.

    • Any signs of handling, damage, cleaning, switching, or alteration will void the return.

    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was materially misdescribed.

    Returns must be securely packaged and fully insured. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

    Please contact us prior to returning any item for return authorization instructions.

    Authenticity

    All items are guaranteed genuine. Third-party graded coins are guaranteed as described by the respective grading service at the time of sale.

    Grading & Condition

    Grading of raw coins is based on professional opinion. Grading is subjective and may vary between dealers and grading services. Buyers are encouraged to review images carefully before purchasing.

    Pricing & Errors

    We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or listing inaccuracies. Orders may be canceled in the event of an obvious pricing mistake.

    Payment

    Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders.

    Shipping & Risk

    Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon confirmed delivery. All shipments are securely packaged and insured according to service level selected.

    Taxes & Duties

    Buyers are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, or import fees required by their country or jurisdiction.

    Chargebacks

    Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in permanent refusal of service and collection action.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
